JOY is a CRUCIAL ELEMENT in sustained learning. In other words, when "JOY HORMONES" are involved in learning, you will remember it better.

Every moment you are learning, adding to your vast repertoire of knowledge and reinforcing or adapting what you've already learned.
Repeatedly firing the same brain cells with deep experiences takes the learning even further. Singing it, dancing it, painting it, handling it and playing with it--EXPLORING it from various aspects--seals in the learning for long-term memory.  Kids and adults who EXPERIENCE their learning in tangible and creative ways will have knowledge that lasts a LIFETIME!
